店舗とオフィスをメインとして、デザイン、設計、施工をワンストップに行っている、株式会社Fuji design様のオフィス移転をお手伝いさせて頂きました。
前オフィスからは面積4-5倍程度の大拡張移転です。
元々祐天寺にいらっしゃったこともあり、周辺でお探しになっていたところ、今回ご紹介した物件の面積と値段のバランス、内装工事の柔軟性などを気に入って頂き契約となりました。
さすが、本職の方のオフィスといった気合いの入り方で、ただ空間をスケルトンにしただけではない工夫が詰まっていました。
天井の配線の整理、壁のボードを剥がした後に残るボンドの処理、床のノリを剥がした後の塗装処理など、そこには計算された無骨さがありました。
We supported the office relocation of Fuji design Co., Ltd., a one-stop design studio providing design, architectural planning, and construction mainly for retail spaces and offices.
This move was a major expansion—approximately 4–5 times the floor area of their previous office.
Since they had been based in Yutenji, they were hoping to stay in the neighborhood. After viewing the property we introduced, they decided to move forward with the lease, appreciating the balance between size and rent, as well as the flexibility it offered for their interior build-out.
As you’d expect from professionals in the field, the space wasn’t simply stripped back to a skeleton. It was filled with thoughtful decisions and craftsmanship.
From the clean organization of ceiling wiring, to the careful removal of adhesive residue left after peeling off wall boards, and even the finishing work after removing floor glue—everything carried a calculated, rugged honesty that felt intentional rather than unfinished.
