企業の事業成長やブランドの課題解決を企画から実行まで一気通貫で支援するプロデューサー集団を抱える、株式会社ii様のオフィス移転をお手伝いさせて頂きました。

六本木の取り壊し予定のビルにいらっしゃったタイミングでお問い合わせをいただき、とにかく雰囲気にこだわって探していたところ、今回の池尻大橋の非公開の物件情報が手に入り、即気に入り申込頂きました。

最終的には5社ほど申込が入ったようですが、ii様の決断とレスポンスが早く、無事に1番手として契約まで漕ぎ着けることができました。

新しく完成したオフィスは、自分達カラーを全面に押し出していくスタイルで、そこがオフィスなのか、スナックなのか、家なのか、わからないくらいたくさんの色で満たされていました。

テナント様ご自身でデザインされた空間は、壁の素材選び、家具の選定、雰囲気の作り方まで、最高に NOT THE OFFICE な空間でした。

We supported the office relocation of ii Inc., a company with a team of producers who help businesses solve growth and branding challenges from planning through execution.

They first contacted us while working from a building in Roppongi that was scheduled for demolition. Their top priority was finding a space with the right atmosphere, and during the search we came across an off-market property in Ikejiri-Ohashi. They immediately connected with the space and submitted an application.

We understand that around five companies eventually applied for the property, but ii’s quick decision-making and responsiveness helped them secure the first position and successfully move forward with the lease.

The completed office fully embraces their own identity. Filled with color, it almost blurs the line between office, bar, and home—in the best possible way.

Designed by the team themselves, every detail—from the wall materials and furniture selection to the overall mood of the space—felt completely intentional. For us, it was the perfect example of a truly NOT THE OFFICE kind of office.
