シェアオフィスをお借りになっていましたが、改めて仕事をするための空間がほしいということでご依頼をいただき、代官山の本物件に巡り会いました。
前テナント様がリノベした約50㎡ながら、天高3.7mを有する開放的な空間は、お客様のセンスも相まって、カルチャーが生まれる空間に大変身を遂げていました。
コンクリートに合う家具を熟知されており、USMハラーのサイドボードやデスク、またvitraのチェアもカッコよかったですが、arflexのmarencoという抜群にキュートなソファが無機質で工業的な空間をグッと愛着の持てる空間に変身させていました。
We had the opportunity to broker a new office for a company specializing in corporate branding, event and promotion planning, and brand and campaign strategy.
They had previously been working from a shared office, but approached us in search of a dedicated space where they could properly focus on their work. That search eventually led them to this property in Daikanyama.
Although the space is only around 50 sqm, a renovation by the previous tenant and an impressive ceiling height of 3.7 meters give it a remarkably open feel. Combined with the client’s strong sense of style, the office has been transformed into a space that feels ready for new ideas and culture to emerge.
They clearly know how to furnish a concrete interior. The USM Haller sideboard and desk, along with Vitra chairs, all looked fantastic, but the standout for us was the Marenco sofa by arflex. Its soft, playful form brings warmth and personality to the otherwise raw, industrial space, turning it into somewhere that feels genuinely inviting.
