元々は大阪で貸しスタジオを運営されていましたが、東京の仕事が増えてくると同時、カメラマンとして自身の技術を磨く空間と、東京にも貸しスタジオが欲しいということでお問合せをいただきました。
貸しスタジオができる物件はなかなか募集になりませんが、探し始めて1ヶ月程度でたまたま今回ご契約いただいた物件が募集になり、即内見、即申込をしていただき物件を契約することができました。
最終的には5件くらい申込が入っていたようですが、予めスタジオのイメージを持っていただけでなく、代表者様ご自身がプロのカメラマンということもあり、空間の使い方のイメージがすぐについたようです。
プロの目線で作ったスタジオは、通常の白ホリスタジオのような雰囲気ではなく、ナチュラルで、柔らかな印象の作りをしており、壁によって違ったイメージの撮影ができるという面白い作りになっています。
The client had originally been operating a rental studio in Osaka. As his work in Tokyo began to increase, he reached out to us in search of a space where he could continue refining his skills as a photographer while also establishing a rental studio in Tokyo.
Properties that allow rental studio use rarely come onto the market. However, about a month after beginning the search, this property happened to become available. He viewed it immediately, submitted an application on the spot, and was able to secure the lease.
We understand that the property ultimately received around five applications. He already had a clear vision for the studio, and as a professional photographer himself, he was able to quickly see how the space could be used.
Designed from a professional photographer’s perspective, the finished studio has a natural and soft atmosphere rather than the typical look of a white cyclorama studio. Each wall offers a different visual character, allowing for a variety of shooting styles within a single space.
