千駄ヶ谷に本社を置く、生成AIを活用したクリエイティブ制作会社である株式会社CRAFTRANS様の本社移転をお手伝いさせて頂きました。

長く千駄ヶ谷周辺にいらっしゃったこともありエリアは周辺にこだわりながらも拡大していく人員や業態に適応できるようなフレキシブルなオフィスをお探しでした。

1年ほど探されていたそうですが、やったのことで今回ご契約いただいた商店街沿いの1-3Fの合計3フロアが確保できるオフィスを見つけ、すぐに気に入り契約となりました。

1階はクリエイティブ制作をするためのスタジオとして利用し、2階は執務室、3階は執務室と会議スペースとして利用しています。

クリエイティブを志向する会社だからこそ、自社でクリエイティブな空間を作ることに非常にこだわりを持っていらっしゃったことが印象的でした。

それにしても、やはり店舗のような路面にオフィスを構えるのはかっこいいなと再認識しました。

We supported the headquarters relocation of CRAFTRANS co.,Ltd, a creative production company based in Sendagaya that utilizes generative AI in its work.

Having been based in the Sendagaya area for many years, they were keen to remain nearby while looking for a flexible office that could accommodate both a growing team and the evolving nature of their business.

They had reportedly been searching for around a year before finally finding this property: a three-story office along a local shopping street, with exclusive use of the first through third floors. They immediately connected with the space and decided to move forward with the lease.

The first floor is used as a studio for creative production, the second as the main workspace, and the third as a combination of workspace and meeting area.

What stood out most was how much care they put into creating a distinctive and inspiring environment of their own—something that felt especially fitting for a company built around creativity.

And once again, this project reminded me just how striking it can be to have an office at street level, with the presence and visibility of a retail space.
