岐阜に本社を置く、アパレルの企画・製造・販売・物流までをワンストップで行う、キンググロリー株式会社様の東京事務所の移転をお手伝いさせて頂きました。

元々は千駄ヶ谷にあるマンションの一室にオフィスを構えられていらっしゃいましたが、業績が順調に伸びていることから、人や在庫を収容するスペースが狭くなり、今回3倍程度の大幅な拡張でのご移転となりました。

業種上、千駄ヶ谷周辺で物件をお探しでしたが、本物件の、リクルート面を考えた立地、リノベされた室内の雰囲気（天井は元々スケルトンの物件です）、水回りの綺麗さ、オフィス周辺の活気の環境などを気に入って頂きました。

無骨な雰囲気に合わせて家具や照明、扉はダークなトーンのものに統一し、スケルトンの荒削りな雰囲気を残しつつも、洋服やダンボールなどの在庫を隠すことで、非常に清潔感のある空間に仕上げられていました。

We supported the relocation of King Glory Co., Ltd., an apparel company headquartered in Gifu that provides a one-stop operation covering planning, manufacturing, sales, and logistics.

They had originally been operating out of a single unit in a condominium building in Sendagaya, but as their business continued to grow steadily, the space became too tight to accommodate both staff and inventory. This move became a major expansion—about three times their previous size.

Given the nature of their business, they were hoping to remain around Sendagaya. They ultimately chose this property for several reasons: a location that supports recruitment, the atmosphere of the renovated interior (the ceiling was originally a skeleton finish), the cleanliness of the wet areas, and the energetic feel of the neighborhood around the office.

To match the rugged character of the space, the furniture, lighting, and doors were all unified in darker tones. While keeping the raw, skeleton-style texture, they also created a remarkably clean and polished environment by neatly concealing inventory such as clothing and cardboard boxes.
